Three modern rooms for conferences, meetings and receptions

Our Convention Centre is composed of 3 conference rooms ideal for organising meetings and receptions.
The largest room, Valentino Meeting room, can hold from 60 up to 200 seats. It is equipped with a screen for projections and for videoconference connections.
The conference area is located in the basement of the Hotel. There are no architectural barriers in the room, and consequently it has an area for installations and a storeroom, and is also equipped with the most modern technology: ADSL line, wi-fi internet, telephones, laser arrow, video projector, PA system, booths for simultaneous translation, fax, photocopying and mailing service.
The Roscoe meeting room can afford up to 30 seats. It’s equipped with a screen for projections and for videoconference connection.
The Hackert meeting room can afford up to 40 seats. it’s equipped with a screen for projections and a portable video pojector
The Ridolfi meeting room can afford up to 15 seats

All the meeting rooms are adjustable and are tailored to customers’ specific needs.

They can be set up according to the following shapes: Stalls, horseshoe, school bench, imperial table (the maximum capacity is referred to the stalls arrangement)
The hotel has a highly qualified skilled team, able to offer an excellent conference service, taking care of the pre-post conference organisation in detail, providing technical assistance, desk-office and back-office.
